• BI ‘kicks out’ rude German tourist

An arriving German tourist was immediately kicked out of the country after he offended two female immigrations officers at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 Friday night.

The Bureau of Immigrations (BI) based at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 said Ayyildiz Kenal, 49, was made to board Philippine Airlines (PAL) flight PR-398 for Peking which departed at 8:55 p.m. for showing rude behavior as he stepped in the country early Friday night.

BI-NAIA reports said Kenal, a telecommunications firm executive based in Peking, China arrived at around 6 p.m. via PAL flight PR 359 with other German friends.

Reports said Kenal offended two uniformed female immigrations officers after exiting from the comfort room — the first, he grabbed by the hand and the other he touched the butt.

The two female immigrations officers immediately reported the incident to Virgilio Lazatin, their shift supervisor, who in turn placed Kenal under arrest. Both victims said Kenal was apparently reeking with liquor.

The German tourist reportedly denied the allegations.

Lazatin, on the other hand, said Kenal violated Philippine Immigration Laws for disrespecting a uniformed immigrations officer, aside from committing a sexual offense.

Kenal will be blacklisted and will never be allowed to enter the country unless proper clearances will be made. PNA
