BULACAN: The Protected Area Management Board (PAMB) announced that Biak na Bato National Park in Barangay Sibul in San Miguel is now open to the public. It was ordered closed in 2014 following the death from drowning of seven college students of the Bulacan State University, who were swept by raging flash flood while crossing the Madlum river. Protected Area Superintendent Ofelia Conag said they will require the public to wear life vest and headgear when crossing Madlum river. Entry of tourists will also be limited to 200 per day.
