A substantial cut in the cost of gasoline is expected when oil companies impose another price rollback this week.
Industry sources said gasoline prices may be slashed by P1.10 or P1.30 per liter.
The price of diesel may be reduced by 40 centavos to 60 centavos per liter while the cost of kerosene may be lowered by 30 centavos to 40 centavos per liter.
Oil companies are expected to implement the price adjustment on Tuesday.
The expected rollback was attributed to the continued downward movements in the prices of petroleum products in the international market.
Last week, diesel prices went up by 30 centavos to 35 centavos per liter.
