Motorists can expect lower fuel prices on Tuesday — March 18, as big oil firms have set price rollback on their products.
Petron Corporation and Shell Philippines will cut prices of diesel products by 65 centavos per liter; prices of kerosene to decrease by 70 centavos per liter; and prices of gasoline to go down by 30 centavos per liter.
The price rollback will be effective Tuesday starting 12:01 a.m.
Data from the energy department showed that as of March 4, average price for diesel was at P45.00 per liter while gasoline was pegged at P53.60 per liter. PNA
