In line with Quezon City’s Diamond Jubilee celebration on October 12, 2014, the local government is requesting all television networks located within the city to participate in the activities.
Through a city council resolution authored by actor/host and 5th District Councilor Andres Jose G. Yllana, Jr., QC has urged ABS-CBN, GMA 7, ABC 5 and other TV networks to participate in friendly basketball and volleyball exhibition games.
