Local officials and the police inspect on Friday what is considered the biggest shabu laboratory uncovered at Barangay Lacquios in Arayat, Pampanga on Thursday. Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency officers said the drug factory can produce 100 kilos of shabu a day. The clandestine shabu laboratory was secured by an eight to 10-foot concrete fence beside a hog farm and a plastics plant.
