CAMP Vicente Lim, Laguna: The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Region 4A, together with Police Regional Office 4A, Maritime Group 4A, Highway Patrol Group 4A, Health Service 4A, in collaboration with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) launched a pre-Valentine “One Time-BigTime” (OTBT) operation against criminal elements in Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon).
Oplan “OTBT” is an established police priority program aimed at intensifying operations against known criminal gangs, gun-for-hire personalities, most wanted persons, loose firearms and illegal drugs.
