Vice President Jejomar Binay is still the presidential candidate to reckon with according to the latest BusinessWorld-Social Weather Stations (SWS) Survey released on Friday.
Binay got the nod of 31 percent of respondents, registering an increase of five percentage points from the last survey in December 2015.
