SEN. Nancy Binay has sought a law establishing the Address Confidentiality Program to provide women and children who were victims of violence additional protection and assistance.
She filed Senate Bill 1827 which aims to create the Address Confidentiality Program to provide “a substitute address” in public records for victims of violence.
