THE Commission on Audit (COA) issued Notices of Disallowance involving the disbursements totaling P2.29 billion in connection with the construction of, as well as the architectural and engineering services for the Makati City Hall Parking Building II (MCHPB2).
Fifty-seven individuals, including former Makati Mayors Jejomar Binay and Jejomar Erwin "Junjun" Binay Sr. were named as persons liable in a Notice of Disallowance dated March 15and issued by COA's Fraud Audit Office.
