BATANGAS CITY, Batangas: The Large Taxpayers Service (LTS) Excise Tax revenue enforcers of the tax agency raided three establishments allegedly selling and supplying cigarettes not bearing the re-quired internal revenue stamps last June 26, 2015.
The LTS team and fraud investigators from the tax agency’s National Investigation Division led by its Chief Sixto C. Dy, Jr. uncovered imported cigarettes such as RGD, D & B and Farstar being sold but are not registered with the BIR for distribution or sale.
