Former San Sebastian College standout Gilbert Bulawan died of heart attack on Sunday during a practice of his team Blackwater at the SGS Gym in Del Monte, Quezon City.
The Blackwater Elite coaching staff immediately rushed the 29-year-old Bulawan to the Capitol Medical Center but he was declared dead on arrival.
