GENEVA: FIFA’s disgraced ex-president Sepp Blatter told Agence France-Presse on Tuesday (Wednesday in Manila) that he was “astonished” by the sacking of the body’s deputy general secretary Markus Kattner over millions of dollars of bonuses he awarded himself.
