Unwanted Twitter followers can now re-tweet, like, or peer at messages in public accounts of people who have blocked them.
In a move met with criticism by some who worry about being harassed by stalkers or abusers, Twitter said 'blocking' will now essentially just blind people to an unwanted follower.
