    THE local arm of BMW in the Philippines, Asian Carmakers Corp. (ACC), recently inaugurated its eighth dealership in the country.

    ACC opened AutoAllee BMW, which leads the luxury car brand to have the widest dealer network locally. ACC President Maricar Parco and AutoAllee President Justin Koa headed the inauguration program of the new dealership, which is located at Eton Centris, North Edsa.

    Besides Koa, other AutoAllee BMW executives that were identified as part of the management team were Clemente Garcia, who serves as chairman, and William Sim, the vice chairman.

    AutoAllee BMW has a 4,000-square-meter area offering the most complete lineup of services in BMW’s network of dealerships. According to ACC Executive Director for Sales and Marketing Glen Dasig, AutoAllee BMW is the new standard for the brand’s showrooms.

    It is housed in a four-story building. The ground floor has a showroom that can fit six vehicles, a lifestyle section where customers can buy premium items, and a fully air-conditioned new-car delivery area—the only one in the country, Koa assured.

    The section features hoses in which to “plug in” cars’ exhaust pipes and a lounge for customers to stay in while their vehicle is being checked. Also, BMW sales consultants, who can conduct a six-point walk-around to introduce customers to the equipment of their new BMW, are always available.

    The dealership also has an air-conditioned service assessment area—again the first in the country—where technicians inspect and assess the vehicles prior to these being accepted for servicing or repair work.

    At the back of the building is a large garage equipped with the latest tools and equipment that can accommodate up to 10 vehicles simultaneously. A two-car service elevator accesses additional parking space on the third floor.

    AutoAllee BMW’s second floor is more homey because of the Isetta Bar, whose theme revolves around BMW’s iconic car from the ’50s. A floor above is where the BMW Premium Selection showroom—also air-conditioned—is located. The area is dedicated to pre-owned BMWs.
