The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation 2015 National Organizing Committee (APEC-NOC) last week accepted a sponsored fleet of BMW vehicles from Asian Carmakers Corporation (ACC), the official importer and distributor of BMW in the Philippines, during a symbolic ceremony held at the Kalayaan Hall of the Malacañan Palace. ACC president Maricar Cristobal-Parco and the APEC-NOC, led by Executive Secretary Paquito “Jojo” Ochoa, were among those in attendance.
As the official premium mobility partner of the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meetings, BMW is set to provide over 200 units of the BMW 7 Series long-wheelbase sedan and BMW 5 Series in sedan and Gran Turismo forms to serve as mobility shuttles for world leaders and APEC dignitaries throughout the international forum.
