SILVERSTONE, United Kingdom: Valtteri Bottas, who was fastest in both of Friday’s (Saturday in Manila) opening practice sessions, is set to be handed a five-place grid penalty for Sunday’s British Grand Prix after an unscheduled gearbox change.
