”When more women work, the economy grows,” Agnes Gervacio told close to a hundred women executives who attended The Manila Times Women’s Circle forum at the Marco Polo Ortigas Manila recently. She was guest speaker.

In organizing the forum, the nation’s most trusted newspaper honors women executives by assembling them together in lively discussions and interesting exchanges.

Topics that were tackled during the highly successful event revolved around what women leaders can do to “break the glass ceiling,” how they can thrive in the boardroom, and manage a work-life balance.
