LONDON: British Prime Minister David Cameron said Monday that Britain will introduce a wide range of new measures to prevent terrorist suspects from traveling and impose tougher constraints on suspected extremists in the country.

"To confront the threat of Islamist extremism, we need a tough, intelligent, patient and comprehensive approach to defeat the terrorist threat at source," Cameron told the British Parliament in an oral statement.
