BULACAN: One hundred eleven ersons were held for various offenses under Oplan (Operation Plan): Rid Our Streets of Drunkards and Youths (RODY) that the Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) conducted on Tuesday night.

Senior Supt. Chito Bersaluna, acting provincial director of the Bulacan Philippine National Police (PNP), said Oplan: RODY was originally formed during his term as Caloocan City chief of police and was re-organized in Bulacan to get rid of bystanders who violate curfew and village ordinances, drink in the streets and roam shirtless or half-naked.
