In recognition of the company’s efforts in creating awareness for the brand and its products, BYD Philippines was conferred the “Best Marketing Promotion” award by in BYD Auto based in Shenzhen, China.
BYD Philippines successfully created public awareness for the brand and its line-up that includes the F0 hatchback, L3 sedan, F5 sedan, S6 SUV (sport utility vehicle) and the Qin luxury sedan through its marketing activities such as public auto displays and product launches, as well publicity campaign involving broadsheets, magazines, internet and television during the year 2015.
The award was given recently by tBYD Auto Industry Co. Ltd. Asia Pacific Division in Shenzhen. The Philippines bested all other BYD distributors in the Asia-Pacific Region, who were also nominees for the award.
“We at BYD Philippines are proud of the strides we have made in making BYD Auto and its cars known to the Filipino public,” said Mark Andrew Tieng, managing director of Solar Transport and Automotive Resources Corporation, the exclusive distributor of BYD vehicles in the Philippines. “Receiving the ‘Best Marketing Promotion’ Award from BYD Auto is a validation of our efforts to bring the brand to the consumers,” he added.
