THE Commission on Appointments on Wednesday confirmed the appointments of Health Secretary Janette Garin and several officials of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
Garin was named by President Benigno Aquino 3rd as acting secretary of the Department of Health (DOH) October last year after then Secretary Enrique Ona went on leave.
