Police have in custody a taxi driver who robbed his passengers by spraying them with a chemical that made them dizzy and numb.
Pasig City police and members of the Barangay Security Force of Mangahan in Pasig arrested on Thursday Dominador Obsenarez, 38, of Tupaz Subdivision, Guitnang Bayan I, San Mateo, Rizal, moments after tried to rob his passenger, 18-year-old Micah Crystel Sual, along Amang Rodriguez Avenue corner East Bank Road in Mangahan.
