Cambodia and Burma will leave behind PH soon

We cannot even build a world standard airport. So why do we expect to move up. With all the graft and corruption in all levels of the Government, we can only stay in the rut where we are. We continue to elect incompetent officials, perpetuate political dynasties, put up with substandard services and grossly inflated costs of water and electricity, and we want to compete with our Asian neighbors?
