The Court of Tax Appeals’ (CTA) Second Division set the arraignment of film director Carlo Caparas next month on charges that stemmed from his alleged failure to file income tax returns.
Caparas voluntarily surrendered and posted P60,000 bail for his provisional liberty on Thursday following the tax court’s order for his arrest.
