A quarrel over the coin game 'Cara y Cruz' triggered a riot at the maximum security area of the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntilupa City that led to the death of an inmate and injury of 12 others.
NBP chief Superintendent Venancio Tesoro said the riot occurred at around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday night inside Building 3 of the Maximum Security Compound.
