Facing charges are Concerned Citizens of Santa Cruz chairman Benito Molino; Municipal Councilor Zenaida Mayor; Barangay Bayto councilmen Raul Ecleo and Louie Mirador; Barangay Lucapon South councilor Josephine Ignacio; CCOS secretary general Josephine Astadan; Salvador Cortez; and Pastor Edgardo Obra. The barricade, which began in the third week of January, is on-going with at least 20 people manning the barricade on rotation.

    1. Of all the people why the police file cases vs the concerned citizens of sta. cruz and not ZDMC. Are the police ingot enough not to know the bottom line of the issue. Who are they protecting.
