A 40-year-old family driver from the province of Cavite has bagged the P159-million jackpot prize in Grand Lotto 6/55 draw.
Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) General Manager Jose Ferdinand Rojas 2nd said the winner claimed his prize check last February 3.
The winner, according to Roxas, plans to donate to their community church, buy a house and lot, invest in business and save for his children’s future.
The winner, who has two children, got his winning combinations 06-25-17-09-14-12 from birthdates of family members.
He has been betting in lotto since 1996.
Rojas is thankful that another lotto bettor has become an instant millionaire.
“We are very happy and grateful at PCSO that we were able to help a fellow Filipino uplift his life,” he said.
