Ayala affiliate Cebu Holdings Inc. (CHI) and its unit Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corp. (CPVD) welcomed their newly-appointed president Aniceto Bisnar, who is a former vice president at Ayala Land Inc. (ALI).
Bisnar, 50, will replace Francis Monera, who was the CHI and CPVD president for eight years. Monera resigned from his post at the end of last year to go on retirement.
Prior to his appointment as president Bisnar, had served as executive vice president of CHI and CPVD and also served as an executive and director of other Ayala-affiliated firms.
He was formerly the head of commercial operations of Ayala Group’s Bonifacio Global City developer Fort Bonifacio Development Corp. and its other subsidiaries.
CHI that said aside from being its president, Bisnar will serve as the company’s director, chairman of its Sustainable Committee, and key member of CHI’s Executive Committee, Compensation Committee and Nomination Committee.
Incorporated in 1988, CHI is an Ayala-led real estate developer based in Cebu that owns the 50-hectare Cebu Business Park, as well as office buildings (Cebu Holdings Center and Ayala Life-FGU Center Cebu) and residential condominiums (Park Towers I and II), among others.
