CEBU Pacific (CEB), the country’s largest low-cost carrier, said it will launch its thrice a week non-stop flights to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on October 1.
The Riyadh service is scheduled to depart from Manila at 5:05 p.m. every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, arriving in Riyadh at 10:35 p.m. The return flight will leave Riyadh at 12:45 am every Monday, Thursday and Saturday, arriving in Manila at 3:40 p.m.
To introduce the new route, CEB started holding a P1-seat sale for flights from Manila to Riyadh, from September 8 to 10. The travel period is from October 1 to December 31, 2014. After the seat sale, fares to Riyadh will start at P3,499. “We have long wanted to serve the substantial population of Filipinos in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It will be our pleasure to bring them home more often, on our extensive network and trademark low fares that are up to 35 percent lower than other airlines,” said CEB General Manager for Long-Haul Division Alex Reyes.
