The Office of the Deputy Ombudsman for the Visayas has ordered the dismissal from service of a revenue collection officer in Mandaue City, Cebu who was found guilty of serious dishonesty and grave misconduct.
Glenn Ouano of the Office of the City Treasurer in Mandaue City had “repeatedly and deliberately” delayed from two to four months the remittance of collections from office transactions in October 2011 to November 2012.
