Celebrities show value of fitness

Losing usually means defeat and all things negative, but a big welcome when it comes to weight.

Celebrities who attest to the value of losing weight for health and fitness include hardcourt superstar James Yap and girlfriend Michelle Cazzola, Ara Mina, Edu Manzano, Rita Avila, Roxanne Barcelo, Kitkat, Aubrey Miles, Troy Montero, Maria Isabel Lopez, Evangeline Pascual and Nonie Buencamino.

They all swear to the benefits of Capsinesis, a natural food supplement whose main ingredient, cayenne pepper, helps in losing weight and gaining health.

Avila says it promotes faster metabolism and weight loss. In his Instagram post, Manzano describes Capsinesis as “your weight loss partner.”

Barcelo takes two capsules during gym workouts with boyfriend Will Devaughn because the six to 10 chili peppers (equivalent to 500 mg) in each capsule along with green tea and wild berries combine to burn fat faster.

Meanwhile, fitness experts Jim and Toni Saret say Capsinesis works in four ways. It boosts metabolism (fat burner), crashes food cravings (appetite suppressant), cleanses the body (antioxidant) and raises energy levels.

”You can take it before working out,” Coach Jim says. “This way, you induce sweating faster. When you sweat, your metabolism moves up.”

This is a big bonus, especially for slow burners, or those having a hard time starting their workout routine because they feel sluggish or tired at the outset.

“You can even mix it with your favorite protein shake,” Saret adds.

Capsinesis also speeds up urine rate, bowel movement, improves blood circulation, prevents heart attack, wards off headache, and pain from migraine and arthritis, controls blood sugar levels, fights convulsions, epilepsy, aging, hemorrhoids, heartburn and peptic ulcer.
