Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG), said its two residential towers in San Fernando, Pampanga have already raked in P1.6 billion in the first three months of pre-selling.
The two towers, Monaco and Bali, are part of the Resort Residences within Azure North, CPG’s first integrated mixed-use development outside of Metro Manila.
The Azure North township is planned to have seven residential buildings, including Monaco and Bali, which are expected to bring in P14 billion in revenues.
“We are excited about the prospects of Azure North. Our sales take-up figures are proof of the strength of the city’s economy and the strength of the Century brand,” CPG investor relations director Kristina Garcia was quoted as saying.
CPG acquired the 8-hectare Pampanga lot where Azure North will rise from House of David Realty and Development Corp. in August last year.
Located north of Metro Manila, the site is within the San Fernando Interchange on Jose Abad Santos Avenue and the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), and is also across the SM, Robinsons and S&R malls in San Fernando City.
