Century sees P2.5B sales from Spire

Listed upscale property firm Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) expects P2.5-billion sales from the office spaces of its mixed-used tower in Makati City.

Century Spire tower is CPG’s integrated residential and office tower in Century City in Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City. The tower is one of the four Class A office buildings—which is over 160,000 square meters (sqm) of area—that will transform CPG as one of the leading office space player in the country by 2018.
