On 10 July 2018, Golden Millennial Quickpay (GMQ) held an event celebrating its grant of the First Fintech Services and Offshore Virtual Currency Exchange (FTSOVCE) Principal License issued by the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA).
