Chef Jessie Sincioco, with Carmen’s Best’s owner Paco Magsaysay, presents one of her cool summer concoctions

Chef Jessie Sincioco knows that ice cream is the way to go every summer season. For even as delightful soufflés, rich cheesecakes and other decadent desserts go well with the celebrated menus she serves at her restaurants, the scorching heat will always have diners asking for a cool, creamy ending to their meals.

This in mind, Sincioco partnered with Carmen’s Best ice cream—guaranteed made from 100-percet fresh dairy—to whip up a cool and delicious collection of ice cream concoctions available at her Rockwell Club restaurant.

Check out he following flavors, which will only be available for the rest of April.

Go Green delivers the intense flavor of Carmen’s Best Pistachio ice cream with fresh pandan and macapuno.

Be Tempted indulges in the richness of the brand’s Dark Chocolate ice cream that is made with the finest Swiss chocolate accompanied by an equally sinful Black Forest roll. “Sinful but guaranteed healthy,” said Sincioco.

Get Addicted pairs Brazilian Coffee ice cream with a natilla surprise from the chef’s celebrated kitchen.

Very Summer is a refreshing dish of Madagascar Vanilla ice cream with the luscious berries and summer fruits.

Feel the Breeze brings together Carmen’s Best Salted Caramel ice cream atop a slice of light cotton soft cheesecake and dulce de leche.
