OSLO - This year's Nobel Peace Prize will go to chemical weapons watchdog the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), Norwegian television reported one hour before Friday's official announcement.
"According to information obtained by (public broadcaster) NRK, the 2013 Nobel Peace Prize will go to the UN-backed Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW)," the broadcaster wrote on its website.
