THE children of detained businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles are asking the Sandiganbayan Third Division to let them post bail for charges of graft and malversation through falsification in connection with the alleged misuse of the Malampaya funds from 2009 to 2010.
Jo Christine Napoles, James Christopher Napoles, and Ronald Francisco Lim are asking for a P690,000 reduced bail from P22.3 million for each of the accused.
