"CHINA is no pushover," President Rodrigo Duterte said on Monday, as he reiterated that war was never an option whenever the Philippines would assert its rightful claims in the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea).
In his speech during the 120th anniversary celebration of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Duterte again indicated that the country would not have a chance against the mighty Chinese armed forces.
