A CHINESE military plane that landed in Davao City recently to refuel, the Philippine government said on Sunday.
In a statement, Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go said the request to land the Ilyushin Il-76, or simply IL-76 of China’s People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) was “received, processed and cleared by relevant government authorities.”
