In 2012, the notion that “everything tastes better with chocolate” inspired couple Jovee Vargas and Joe Bailey Guerrero to open what is now known as the first Fondue Factory Café at Market! Market!, Taguig City. Two years and eight stores later, the life and business partners have proven chocolate fondue is something that truly appeals to local foodies.
“Just take a look at guests at a party who are delighted with the chocolate fountain on the buffet. Filipinos are indeed among the world’s best lovers of chocolates and more importantly, they know the kind of chocolate they want,” Guerroro said at the opening of their venture’s SM Mall of Asia branch.
Using a mix of imported and local chocolate, Fondue Factory Café offers a variety of fruits, donuts, and marshmallows for dipping in their specially concocted Premium Dark, Milk or White Chocolate.
