• CHR URGED TO PROBE MAULING OF GUARD IN PORAC

    A former marine sergeant and security guard broke his silence on Friday and urged the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) to look into the case of his abduction by a group of armed led by a village chairman in Pampanga on Sunday. Security guard, Larry Sabado urged CHR Chairman Loreta Ann Rosales to look into his case of abduction and torture that included hacking injuries allegedly perpetrated by the Aniban ng Nagkakaisang Magsasaka ng Hacienda Dolores in Barangay Hacienda Dolores, Porac, Pampanga. Sabado who is now employed with the Arsenal Security Agency mentioned in his letter that barangay chairman Antonio Tolentino led the armed men that attacked them at their outpost in the said village on Sunday.
