The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) has collared 46 most-wanted persons in the past four days.
CIDG operatives caught former Commission on Audit chairman Reynaldo Villar who is a co-accused of former president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in the misuse of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) intelligence fund from 2007 to 2010.
