LEGAZPI CITY: Classes are now back to normal after a landslide that forced the evacuation of more than 90 families living in a small village in Albay province. Bebiano Sentillas, Albay schools division superintendent of the Department of Education said that 103 students from Inang Maharang Elementary School, which is now closed, are now using the four United Nations Children’s Fund (Unicef) tents provided by the provincial government. Sentillas said evacuated families utilized five classrooms of the Nagotgot Elementary School. At least 15 houses were buried in the landslide triggered by heavy rains brought by tropical storm Amang on January 18.
