An Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring moderate to occasionally heavy rains to Eastern Visayas and Mindanao on Monday, barangay election day.
Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Bicol and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
The rest of the country including Metro Manila will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rains or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.
Palawan and Mindanao will be cloudy with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
The rest of the country can expect generally fair weather.
Moderate to occasionally strong northeasterly winds will blow over northern and eastern section of Luzon and seas will be moderate to occasionally rough.
The rest of Luzon and Visayas will have light to moderate northeasterly winds with slight to moderate seas. Mindanao will have light northeasterly to variable winds with slight seas except during the occurrence of thunderstorms.
