ILOILO CITY: The Commission on Audit (COA) has issued a notice of disallowance to the Iloilo City government for the payment of an incentive bonus given to employees.
The COA has disallowed the Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) amounting P32.860 million for calendar year 2014 at P20,000 each to regular employees.
