Rains are expected over Southern Luzon due to the tail-end of a cold front, according to PAGASA.
The Bicol region and Quezon province will be cloudy with scattered moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms, while Cagayan, Cordillera and Ilocos Norte will be cloudy with light rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated showers or thunderstorms.
PAGASA expects one to two typhoons to affect the country in December and the first would be named “Alamid”.
So far, 25 tropical cyclones have entered the Philippine area of responsibility, the last of which was tropical depression “Zoraida.”
Moderate to strong winds from the northeast will blow over Luzon and Eastern Visayas.
