The Manila Studies Association (MSA) will conduct the 24th Annual Manila Studies Conference on August 27 to 28 at The Cinema, 12th floor, School of Design and Arts Campus, De La Salle-College of St. Benilde.
MSA aims to commemorate the 70th year of the Liberation of Manila through various paper presentations and a photo exhibit reflecting the end of WWII in the Philippines. The conference also serves as an avenue for scholarly discussion on the various aspects of Manila’s history and culture, as well as present studies on national history.
The Conference is co-sponsored by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts-Committee on Historical Research and the Philippine National Historical Society.
