SENATOR Ferdinand “Bong bong” Marcos Jr. on Tuesday said it is unlikely that Congress will give in to the desire of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) to stick with the original proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL).
Marcos explained that even if the original BBL draft was passed, it will surely be declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court because of its legal infirmities.
