THE Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is constructing a P240-million bridge in Kalibo, Aklan which is expected to be completed in June 2015.

Secretary Rogelio Singson is optimistic that once finished, the bridge will further boost tourism industry not only in Aklan, which is home to the world-famous Boracay Island, but in the entire Western Visayas region.
